1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between Karma Matcha and its customers via the website www.karmamatcha.be.
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
Our products include organic matcha and traditional accessories (whisks, bowls, spoons, etc.).
As many items are handmade or natural, slight variations in appearance may occur.
Availability is shown on the website but is not guaranteed. Out-of-stock situations may happen.
3. Prices
All prices are in euros (€), VAT included.
Shipping fees are additional unless stated otherwise.
Promotions and discount codes are valid under the conditions explicitly mentioned on the website and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Karma Matcha reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an error, suspected fraud, or payment issue.
The sales contract takes effect once you receive confirmation from us. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative if applicable.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering.
Accepted methods include bank cards and other options available at checkout.
Transactions are secured using SSL encryption.
Karma Matcha does not store any payment information.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 6 business days in Belgium (not guaranteed).
Deliveries are currently available in Belgium and may be extended to other countries upon request.
7. Withdrawal and Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return (only for unopened, unused products).
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or sent in error.
Exceptions:

Opened or used food items are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

Any damaged item must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo proof.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
8. Liability
Karma Matcha’s liability is limited to the total amount of the order.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., delays, loss of enjoyment, etc.).
9. Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (e.g. strike, transport issues, natural disasters), our obligations may be suspended or canceled.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
In case of dispute, the courts of the Brussels-Capital Region have exclusive jurisdiction.
