Who’s behind Karma matcha ?
I’m Clara. For the past 3 years, I was living in Ibiza, working as an event manager—a dream life for many. Yet, something felt empty. I was far from my family, and deep down, I knew I needed a change. So, I left everything behind and moved back to Belgium.
That transition hit me hard. I was lost, questioning my path. But instead of staying stuck, I took a leap.
I used my savings to travel and see the world, hoping to find inspiration and maybe an idea for a business.
One of my dreams was to see Sakura in Japan. I didn’t know it yet, but that trip would change my life. While traveling in Japan, I discovered matcha completely by chance.
As a curious and passionate soul, I stayed longer, visited farms, and immersed myself in learning everything I could about this incredible tea.
Coming back to Belgium, I knew I wanted to share this passion. And here I am, just a few months later, living a whole new dream
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s : trust yourself, be brave, and never stop searching for what makes your heart beat faster. Do things with care, intention, and authenticity, and the rest will follow.
